Science can be quite crazy: There is a hypothesis that all electrons in the universe are actually the exact same particle that is moving forwards and backwards through time! Aptly called the "One-electron Universe Postulate", it further suggests that when the electron moves backwards, it becomes the positron, or rather, all positrons.
